Rocket Art

We learned how to draw a rocket. We painted our rockets and when they were dry we used glitter to look like sparks coming from the end of the rocket.

What does a scientist look like?

We are getting ready for Science Week next week. We will be having a Science Fair in the hall on Monday. We drew these pictures of what we think a scientist looks like:

Hansel and Gretel

We looked at the story of Hansel and Gretel in class. It's a very old story written by the Brothers Grimm. There are lots of different versions of the story because it has been retold many times. We looked at two different versions and spotted what was the same and what was different. Here is one version of the story:    Hansel and Gretel

We made these brilliant story wheels to summarise the story.

We made our own wanted posters for the witch in the story too. We had to make sure that our description of the witch matched her picture. We used lots of describing words.
